My son's birthday is Oct. 14. He sure wants to go to LEGOLAND.
I'll have to see if we can come up with the funds.

October 15th? You'll be lulcky to have 5000 kids. That is a school day. There may be a few that will have their children skip school, but our community as a whole won't be there. Our children's education is more important. What kind of message are you sending our children by doing this? It's ok to skip if your having fun at Legoland? Not good!

So you do realize for many, your birthday celebration is on a school day! Why not give out a printable coupon that others can use on the weekends to visit LegoLand. It would get people to come on another day, not just the one year birthday.
